Phone cards have long
been a way for illegal immigrants to call their
home countries without phone-company involvement
and for hitmen to call and leave brief-but-ominous
messages such as "Our friend has gone for a
very long swim." But doesn't the fact that
lawbreakers of all stripes use calling cards just
make them sexier?
You bet it does.
