It’s nothing to be ashamed of: perhaps you saw it out of curiosity, or maybe you needed something to debrief after a mentally-demanding project. Forget Dr. Atkins, Suzanne Somers, Jack LaLane, Kaballah, South Beach, Cavemen -- if you take in fewer calories than you burn every day, you will lose weight. You have to. It is physically impossible NOT to. So watch what you eat and do a little exercise each day and you'll be just fine.

Should We Fear Death? We'll be the first to admit it -- this time we have a strange topic. Death. No one likes to talk about it and, unless you are currently dead, no one's really to sure what to expect. (side note: If you're currently dead -- thanks for reading Intellistudent! We're glad to see that the money we spent with that macabre ad salesman really was a good investment). Without starting a religious war, we thought we'd try to bring to topic to the front of your mind, if only briefly. After all, it's going to happen to the best of us eventually...should we be afraid of it?
